The front and back covers of this pocket-sized notebook feature Robert S. Duncanson’s Landscape with Rainbow. The classic painting was part of the 2021 Joseph R. Biden-Kamala Harris Inauguration Celebration at the US Capitol. First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, who helped select the artwork for the occasion, felt that the rainbow represented optimism.
