David Maraniss will be appearing for a discussion and q&a about his big new biography of Jim Thorpe, the 20th Century's greatest athlete, whose career began at the Indian Industrial School at Carlisle. Maraniss is the author of biographies, history, and journalism, including biographies of Roberto Clemente and Vince Lombardi. Books will be available for signing.
