Mulan's Lawn Concert Series- Grumpus and Klose Shave
On Friday, October 23rd we hosted the second concert in out Mulan's Lawn Concert Series starring Dickinson alum Grumpus and current Dickinson student band Klose Shave.
Grumpus is the musical nom de guerre of Massachusetts native, Graham Stevenson. Although Graham has been playing guitar, singing, and writing songs ever since one fateful Christmas in ’99 when he received his first guitar, it wasn’t until the Fall of 2011 that an existential itch, and a fascination with Delta blues spurred him to start thinking of music professionally. Since then he has released two albums and will be releasing his third in the next several months.
Klose Shave is made up of one to 3 members. They have known to play in the rock genre, and have been influenced by D'Angelo and the Vanguard, Mac Demarco and Sink Bros.
